We follow Benjamin through the early years of his life,  making friends, beginning school, and unfortunately, getting sick. When he receives a blood transfusion for hemophilia, he is unfortunately infected AIDS. An emotional story about the brilliance of children, The Yellow Boat took its audiences "up, up, up into the sun."
